Problem A3:
You have a boat with vertical sides as shown below. The boat has a weight
of W_{0}. When no one is in the boat it floats such that
a length n_{1} of its side is below water, and a length
n_{2} of its side is above water. There are many children
that each have a weight of W_{0}/12. How many of these
children can be in the boat so that the boat just barely floats?
If n_{3} children can get into the boat, then
what is n_{3}? Note that n_{3} is unitless.
