Problem D4:
Triplets, each the same mass are spinning around on a massless merry-go-round.
The triplets start out, each at a distance of n_{1} from the center,
with the initial angular velocity of the merry-go-round being ω_{0}.
Then, they all move inward to a distance of n_{2} from the center.
If the angular velocity is ω = n_{3} ω_{0} when they
are at the distance of n_{2}, what is n_{3}?
Note that n_{1} and n_{2} have the same distance units, and
n_{3} is unitless.
