Problem D2:
A solid cylinder of mass n_{1} and radius R can spin about its
axis. Around the cylinder is wound a string, which is attached to another
object of mass n_{2}. What is the acceleration of the hanging object.
If the acceleration is g/n_{3}, what is n_{3}? Treat the sting
as massless. The rotational inertial about the center of the disk is
I_{cm}=n_{1}R^{2}/2. Note that n_{1} and
n_{2} are in the same mass units, and n_{3} is unitless.
